SilverSafe AI's SMS program delivers safety check-ins, scam verification responses, fraud alerts, and account notifications to subscribers and their designated family caregivers.
Section 3
Consent language
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — through our web form, verbally during a call with SAM, or in your account settings — you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from SilverSafe AI at the number provided. Message types may include:
- Safety check-in messages
- Scam alerts and fraud warnings
- Account notifications and service updates
- Two-factor authentication codes
- Customer care responses
Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchase.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Subscribers may receive up to 10 messages per week depending on activity, scheduled check-ins, and account settings.

Message & data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. SilverSafe AI does not charge for SMS messages.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Supported carriers
SilverSafe AI SMS messaging is supported on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US mobile carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Section 9
Mobile information sharing
SilverSafe AI does not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Mobile information is only shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) to facilitate delivery, mobile carriers to complete transmission, and law enforcement when legally required.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to SMS communications. Caregivers may opt in on behalf of a senior with their explicit consent. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or that you have permission from the account holder to enroll the number.
